B.R.I.D.G.E.S
B.R.I.D.G.E.S believes in the healing power of education. The program considers the latest research on adolescent dating violence and violence intervention and recognizes violence as cultural, systemic, and interdependent. The program consists of 24 weekly sessions and aims to build emotional regulation skills and challenge belief systems about violence from an intersectional framework.

This curriculum was created in partnership with Northwest Family Life for King County Superior Court - Juvenile Court Services to contribute to the assessment and intervention pilot - B.R.I.D.G.E.S.
What to expect

The program is a group format and participants meet weekly over Zoom for 1.5 hours over a 24-week period.

Each session guides members through discussions and activities that are reflective and skill-building.

Group members will engage in work outside of the group in order to enhance and solidify learning.
